Device Features:
- Structurally, sticking of the outer and inner telescopic tubes at low temperatures is excluded;
- The winch of the telescopic filling pipe is protected from contact with the poured product and is available for quick maintenance;
- Retractable telescopic tube, providing the length necessary for safe contact with the bottom of any tanker;
- It is possible to use electric heating of the pipeline to reduce sticking of the product to the pipeline;

- The system consists of a self-regulating explosion-proof heating tape wound on straight pipe sections and a heat shield.
