- post-sales service of manufactured products, including at the locations of consumers
- supply of spare parts necessary for repair and maintenance to intermediary organizations
- compensated elimination of defects of goods after the expiration of the warranty period
- checking the availability and validity of the warranty period for defective goods and their components
