ASN type devices are designed for top filling and bottom draining/filling of oil and petroleum products, as well as aggressive and non-aggressive liquids into road tankers. The devices are used in the petroleum, petrochemical and chemical industries.
ASN type devices are easy to operate, suitable for necks of any diameter, locking systems and lid opening angles. They are manufactured in two design versions: console and riser.
The "riser" design implies a filling device with its own support stand and foundation plate for mounting on the prepared foundation of the filling station. The "console" version is used in cases where the device is attached to existing metal structures (overpass, pole, tower). Based on the installation requirements, the product supply can be either from above or from below. A counterweight system or a spring balancer can be used to balance ASN type devices.
The system of counterweights for balancing the ASN allows effortless control of the device. The setup of this system is simple in comparison with similar balancing devices. The spring balancer for balancing the ASN allows you to reduce the size of the filling device, while maintaining reliable and easy operation and facilitating the process of bringing the device into working position. The devices are equipped with a mechanism for locking in the working position, during operations, spontaneous movement of the mechanisms is excluded.
The devices can be equipped with both a one-piece filling tube and a telescopic one. The retractable telescopic tip provides the length necessary for safe contact with the bottom of any tanker, or the distance from the end of the filling device to the lower generatrix of the tank not exceeding 200 mm. The tip is made of non-sparking material, and its esign eliminates the fall and splashing of the product jet at the beginning of the filling operation. It is also possible to use an adapter cone with the devices, which takes into account the variety of diameters of the necks of tankers. Safety of the product filling process is ensured by the sensor of maximum (alarm) filling level of the road tanker, which ensures that the working fluid does not overflow over the edge of the tank neck.
Easy movement of devices without distortion is provided by three-row hinges. Two ball tracks and one roller track, which ensure easy movement of devices without distortion during the entire service life, take significant lateral forces, which greatly increases the service life of the hinge before it is replaced. Design of the filling devices ensures complete getting out of the product from the filling pipe and eliminates the possibility of spilling onto the tank at the end of filling. The collection of droplets and possible residues of petroleum products from the filling device in the garage position is carried
out into a drip collector.
