RAILWAY OVERPASSES, TYPE EZHD
The railway overpass is designed for filling and draining oil, petroleum products and other liquids transported in railway tanks, as well as providing the possibility of passage over the tracks when they are loaded. The overpass serves for convenient placement and further maintenance of technological and metrological equipment and instrumentation, as well as provides safe access for maintenance personnel to railway tanks during draining operations. Design of the overpass allows you to increase and expand the number of filling stations, as well as to carry out step-by-step installation and upgrade of equipment.
MAINTENANCE PLATFORMS, TYPE PO
The maintenance platforms are designed for safe access to road tankers and railway tanks during inspection and draining operations at oil products supply facilities.
MAINTENANCE PLATFORM PO-1 WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF INSTALLING A FILLING CONSOLE
Design and configuration features:
• maintenance of road tankers and railway tanks with a height of 2.5 to 4.8 meters;
• access from the lower level by means of a flight of stairs or from other structures;
• installation of bridges on one or two sides of the maintenance platform;
• installation of devices for top filling/draining of the product;
• possibility of adding the sensors of the garage and working positions of the connecting bridge;
• possibility of connecting several maintenance platforms to each other using connecting platforms.
Due to modular design of the maintenance platform, it can be assembled into various layouts both for servicing tanks on one side of the filling island and on both sides.
CONNECTING BRIDGES, TYPE MP
Connecting bridges are designed to provide safe access to road tankers and railway tanks in order to perform draining operations, inspection, sampling, etc. The connecting bridge is a structure consisting of a parallelogram mechanism with pivotally fixed steps, thanks to which the steps always remain in a horizontal position.
Two spring-type shock absorbers serve as a balancing mechanism of the connecting bridge. In the garage position on the overpass, the handrails of the MP bridge are in upright position and are held by a garage position lock. Bridges have intrinsically safe design, which allows them to be used in explosive zones. Intrinsic safety is achieved through the use of intrinsically safe materials (copper, brass, polyamide) in friction pairs and places in contact with the tank. At the request of the customer, the connecting bridges can be equipped with sensors for garage and working positions.
